Details
- Mr. Townley was driving a 2004 Dodge Ram attempting to turn at the intersection when his vehicle collided with a westbound commercial log truck.

Fatality and Injuries
- Mr. Townley, although wearing a seatbelt, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigation
