Baton Rouge, La. - School Bus Crash on Chippewa Street

The Incident

On Friday morning, February 16th, 2024, a two-vehicle accident involving a school bus occurred on Chippewa Street near I-110 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident happened shortly before 8:00 am.

Aftermath

While no injuries were reported on the school bus, two individuals from the other vehicle involved in the collision sustained injuries.
The extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time.
Authorities closed Chippewa Street in both directions due to the accident.

Law enforcement is investigating the cause of the crash.
